We provide digital marketing ancillary services including SEO, PPC, copywriting and marketing strategy support, as well as focusing on core larger web builds, primarily in the WordPress platform.
About The Role:
We’re looking for a Website Support Technician Apprentice to assist the developer team in providing a responsive and efficient support function for clients’ websites.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop into a more senior role within the organisation to ‘own’ the infrastructure side of the business.
Your duties will include:
- To assist the developer team in providing a responsive and efficient support function for clients websites
- Dealing with first line support on tickets raised
- Escalate complex cases to more senior staff
- Supporting the team with server setup
- DNS changes
- Website testing and website patching on a scheduled basis
- Any ad hoc duties as required
