Autobrite Direct looks to long term partner, SO Marketing, to take it into the next phase of ecommerce growth with a new website to support and sale support.

Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, Autobrite Direct is a growing business with worldwide credentials, offering a comprehensive range of bespoke car care products to suit both the retail and trade sectors. The new website needed to offer an effective and efficient user experience for its global following.

With a large range of products on offer and lots of creative content stored, Autobrite Direct’s old website was made on a bespoke platform and as a result difficult to use. Turning to long standing partners SO Marketing to design and develop the new website, Autobrite Direct began the migration process to a WordPress WooCommerce website.

Autobrite Direct has a loyal customer base and deals with a lot of repeat customers so the website was designed to be a content hub for the community and make it easy to apply the loyalty discounts at checkout. To make the user experience even slicker, the email marketing CRM is integrated with the website.

The need for good admin functionality clinched the migration to a WordPress WooCommerce website, allowing for easy stock management and future third-party platform integrations with Amazon. This is especially useful for the yearly sale Autobrite Direct holds, not only to deal with the vast increase of traffic to the site but also to enable the automation of as much of the order processing needs as possible.

This year’s sale was a success, with SO Marketing testing the new website, updating the design, and creating a bespoke package design for Autobrite Direct.
