SO Marketing celebrates its 15th year in business with record growth, exciting client projects and awards success.
Established in 2005 by James Aberley and Richard Latham, SO Marketing is a full service creative agency. Over the years, the agency has grown in reputation and success by focussing on developing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
2020 has proved to be a trying year for many businesses. Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, SO Marketing holds clients’ best interests at front of mind. With a reputation for designing and developing user friendly and functional WordPress WooCommerce websites, SO Marketing plays an integral part in helping clients to bolster their digital presence during the pandemic. Ecommerce websites are in high demand with clients wanting to keep up with consumer trends and the increase in online purchasing.
With an influx of clients shifting their focus to online strategies, the agency’s turnover grew by 30% compared to the previous financial year, allowing for investment into the team’s growth. Welcoming Chelsea Spencer as the agency’s first Marketing Manager, the addition enables SO Marketing to offer a wider range of services to clients throughout every stage of their marketing journey.

This year also sees SO Marketing celebrate award success with The Drum, winning awards for Client Services, Effectiveness and Print as well as the highly sought after Grand Prix given to the agency that had the most awards out of every agency under 40 staff size across the UK.
