BTL Aesthetics are the market leader in medical cosmetic devices sold into clinics and professionals all around the world. This is a global brand with a huge audience. The UK office works primarily with British businesses, supplying them with a wide range of products that meet a large array of cosmetic needs.
This is a business with a strong existing brand which we had to be mindful of, and help develop their latest project to reflect their existing style whilst providing a strong solution to the new challenges and changes they faced.
BTL had a desire to create and capitalise on a consumer awareness campaign for one of their products, the UltraFemme 360. A device that cosmetically enhances the appearance of the vagina, and provides a range of health benefits.
BTL had already gained some good press coverage for the product however needed a place to send patients and professionals through to to enable them to find out more and to connect the two stakeholders together. The website had to also provide tracking of leads and a way for professionals to find out about becoming an approved provider.
We developed a fully responsive and unique WordPress based website that included key landing points for the different types of user. This user personalisation ensured users accessed their relevant information quickly and efficiently as well as the BTL team being able to track the progress and success of the campaign. Integrating existing media coverage both text and video into the website, this site allowed us to display the information in an informative and logical way as well as providing a ‘clinic locator’ function integrated with Google maps to enable patients to find professionals.
This project was not only a unique one to work on from the team, but was a great example of client and agency working efficiently to capitalise on the ever-changing market place our clients find themselves in. We were able to take on board their requests, appreciate the situation they were in, and develop a solution that enabled them to make the most of it.
