Luckily, we believe in long term relationships so the only ongoing cost for your website will be your hosting charge each year and your domain name costs when they are due to be renewed. That's it! We can also make changes to your website whenever you need for just £45 per hour with no minimum charge unlike other agencies!

Option 1: Basic Web Hosting
Website Hosting suitable for basic websites. No limitation on space/bandwidth. FTP details can be provided upon
request for editing remotely. Site files are not routinely backed up, so for websites where the user can make
changes via web interface, or via FTP, we do not keep an up to date copy to restore from. Downtime may be
unplanned downtime due to this being on shared hosting so it will be unable.
Includes POP3 email boxes as required.
£45 + VAT per year.

Website Hosting suitable for content managed websites and websites that have frequent changes outside of SO
Marketing. No limitation on space/bandwidth. Site files are backed up every day to an offsite location so they can
be restored from the previous day in the event of site failure.
Includes POP3 email boxes as required.
£15 per month or £160 + VAT per year .
Option 3: Dedicated Server + Backup
A server dedicated to just your website. This is entirely yours to do with as you please, we will configure the server
to set up your site as normal, and setup your email boxes. This is more reliable for business critical websites as
your site will not be affected by anyone else's website issues or suffer when maintenance is occurring on other
sites. 25gb of offsite backup space is included.
Includes the setup of mail server software.

Monthly: £150pm

We strongly recommend you employ the services of an IT company to manage the IT operations of your business
including any server issues if you have any.
