SO Marketing Returns Policy

SO Marketing make best endeavours to be accurate with all item descriptons. Please read carefully and only purchase if you are happy with the specification listed.

Images on the listings are for illustration purposes only. Your finished product will be based on the artwork that you supply or commission SO Marketing to produce. If we produce artwork, proofs will be provided prior to ordering of printed items to ensure you are happy with the content.

You have the right to return the goods within 7 days of receipt if:

1. The goods are not as described on the advert.
2. There is a manufacturing fault with the physical item produced.
3. We have the right to reprint the job or provide credit if necessary.
4. We reserve the right to request samples returned of the printed materials

Exclusions from the return policy include:

1. Artwork errors that have been signed off by yourself prior to printing or errors on the original artwork if provided.
2. You cannot change your mind once the order has gone to print as these are printed special order for you and cannot be resold. All sales are final.

DELIVERY POLICY

   

SO Marketing delivers via two means.

Courier Delivery - This is a trackable service and is normally delivered within 48 hours of despatch>
Royal Mail Delivery - This is a recorded (not trackable) service and is normally delivered within 48 hors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

   

Orders can be cancelled at any time up until work begins on print or artworking has begun. If orders are cancelled after the point at which work has already begun on print or work has been done on artwork, then we will charge a cancellation charged equal to the cost of time that has been used and any on-press costs.
